Pricing Overview
A free-standing “Guest House” is often referred to nowadays as an “ADU”, an acronym for Accessory Dwelling Unit.
There are some jurisdictions in Maryland that will allow an ADU to be constructed on your property as a totally separate, free-standing structure.
Other jurisdictions require that an ADU must be “attached” to the existing main dwelling in some manner.
In either case, we will work creatively with you to design the “ADU” as separate living quarters, for independent living by your family members or guests.
To find out what type of ADU is allowed in your local jurisdiction, call us today for your FREE FEASIBILITY STUDY*
*The free feasibility study will consist of preliminary research as to the jurisdictional requirements, and to determine the associated investment requirements for your project.
